DriveTrain Denver
DriveTrain is a nearly 3-acre property that formerly housed DriveTrain Industries, a Denver company that created brakes, gears, transmission and joints on the property from 1974-2009. Production of this nature left numerous contamination and environmental concerns for both the building and surrounding property.

The above photos show the current aerial view of the property and two architectural renderings of the future plans as prepared by Oz Architecture. At it's completion, DriveTrain will include around 220 residential units including a range of luxury and more affordable options. Additionally, the property will include a 9-story boutique hotel and office, restaurant and retail space. As can be seen in the center photo, there will be a central landscaped courtyard between each of the building parcels. The site will also contain underground parking for DriveTrain tenants, residents, and the general public. Family Environmental was on the scene from the beginning, serving as the Prime Contractor for the client for the entirety of the project. Family Environmental provided demolition oversight, asbestos abatement, soil remediation, NADs, and VCUPs.
